It is with immense gratitude that I express my thankfulness for the Ghidotti Scholarship. Your generosity will be utilized to its full extent while I pursue my dreams at UC Davis. I will be studying computer sciences focusing on machine learning. At the time of this writing, I am currently a Software Engineering Intern at Flickr, and I am hoping to continue my employment there after graduation. I would not be able to achieve such a wonderful opportunity if not for this scholarship relieving the financial barrier of higher education. Your support of education and enriching the high school population with access to further education is inspiring and I hope, I too, can one day give back.
